Colleen S. Doyle is the vice-president and co-owner of Hawthorn Valley Enterprises, Inc. In 1982, Colleen joined the Azars', Big Boy Division as a waitress. Here she met Patrick and began working with Patrick in Doyle Lawn Care and Home Improvements. In 1983 Patrick and Colleen were wed. As a couple, Patrick and Colleen continued Doyle Lawn Care and Home Improvements. Colleen lightened her workload a bit with the birth of their first daughter, Megan (1984). With Patrick becoming more involved in the construction industry Colleen focused her attention to the landscaping. In 1987, Patrick and Colleen had their second daughter, Chelsea (1987). With the beginning of Kensington Builders Inc. only days after the birth of their second daughter. Colleen took this opportunity to become a very involved wife and mother.

In 1999, Colleen re-joined Patrick part time in their new business Hawthorn Valley Enterprises, Inc. As vice-president of Hawthorn Valley, Colleen assists in the daily operations of overseeing many of the business operations.

With her youngest daughter now in college and her oldest a graduate from Ball State University, Colleen has had the opportunity to spend time with her oldest daughter developing her new business Cavallo Creek Farms and to continue to oversee operations with Hawthorn.

As a graduate of Columbia City High School, Colleen now resides in Noble County, with her husband Patrick. In her time off, Colleen enjoys playing tennis, reading a good book, and spending time with her family and friends.
