Kevin is a life-long Allen County area resident. He attended St. Paul Lutheran Church grade school and Concordia Lutheran High School graduating in 1982. He went onto attended IPFW for two years for accounting. He started in 1985 as a carpet installer and went on his in 1988. He was a sub-contractor for K & N Carpet until 1994. He then worked for Fort Wayne Wire & Die for a little over a year until he was employed full time by Kensington Builders in 1996 then moving onto his current employment with Hawthorn Valley Enterprises, Inc. Kevin has attended many workshops/seminars and has been a CFI (Certified Flooring Installer) since 1998. He met his wife in 1985...married in 1986 and have been blessed with six children...five boys and one girl. Kevin is a testicular cancer survivor since 1996 and he and his family has been involved with the Adam's County 'Relay for Life' since 2004. He is a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Bingen since marriage. He has held many church offices and is currently serving as a Deacon (head usher) through January of 2009. His family has volunteered for the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans organization. Kevin has also just finished his tenth year of coaching the Cardinals, a minor's team, of the Hoagland Youth League.
